Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour(maida) : 500 gram
  • Dried fish : 150 gram
  • Prawn : 1/4 kg
  • Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
  • Green chilly : 10
  • Ajinomoto : 1/2 tea spon
  • Oil :3/4 liters

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Clean dried fish and soak in water for ½ hours. Clean and chop prawn in small pieces. Grind chilly in mixi. Then add dried fish and grind. Add all items in flour stir wait for 1 hr.
  2. Heat oil in pan, then round small shape of grind mixture and fry in light flame.
