Fresh and cut Asparagus –  2 bunch
Water cress- half bunch
Butter – 2 tablespoon
Onion- 1 finely copped
Chicken broth – 2 cups
Flour – 3 tablespoon
Salt – as required
White pepper powder – 1 tablespoon

Preparation Method:

  • Take a pan and add some butter in it
  • Put some onions and sauté well
  • Add flour to it and stir everything well till it becomes a smooth paste
  • Add water cress and asparagus to it and boil for 5 minutes
  • Let It cool for some time and blend everything to process soup
  • Return it to pan , add some salt and pepper
