Barbeque chicken fry


  • Chicken : 1 kg
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Curd : 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil : 6 tea spoon
  • Kashmiri chilly powder : 1 table spoon
  • Shan tandoori masala : 1 table spoon
  • Salt : needed amount
  • Green chilly :4
  • Lemon :3

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Remove garlic skin and keep aside, grind green chilly.
  2. Take cleaned chicken in a vessel add 1 lemon juice and leave it for 10 min. rinse chicken and drain water.
  3. Add chilly paste, olive oil, curd into chicken.
  4. Add tandoori masala, salt, chilly powder, 2 lemon juice and mix it well.
  5. Mix all items and soak it for 1 hour.
  6. After chicken soaked well, flame barbeque stove and heat chicken pieces. Drain the water in chicken. take the chicken pieces only.
  7. Add olive oil in all chicken pieces and heat one side.
  8. Toss for another side.
  9. It look like reddish after toss two sides.
  10. Tasty toasted barbeque chicken ready. eat with kuboos, garlic sauce, salad. weight will gain in with out adding oil in foods.
