Broad beans Chinese fry

Ingredients:

  • Broad beans : 1/4 kg
  • Onion : 1
  • Fried dried chilly : 1 table spoon
  • Maggie cube : 1/2 cake/li>
  • Carry leaves : 1 bunch
  • Oil : needed amount
  • Salt : 1/2 table spoon
  • Coriander : 1 pinch

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Chop broad beans in 1 inch size and onion in small size.
  2. Saute onion in pan
  3. Stir chilly powder and add onion.
  4. Add Maggie cube and vegetable and close the pan.
  5. Stir side by side. Once vegetables are boiled place the remaining onion and saute for 2 min.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
