Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken :1/4 kg
  • Chilly powder :1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt :1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste : 1/2 teaspoon

To Boil:

  • Tomato paste tin :100 gram
  • Nestle cream :1/2 tin
  • Cumin powder :2 teaspoon
  • Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar : 1 pinch

Saute:

  • Oil :50 gram
  • Green chilly(chopped) :4
  • Coriander leaf :1 bag

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Soak the items in chicken and fry.
  2. Add things to boil by adding water.
  3. After boiled add fried chicken and again boil add sauted items.
  4. Best side dish for rotty.
