Cabbage Sambar

Ingredients:

  • Chopped Chinese cabbage(small pieces) : 1 cup
  • Toor Dhal : 1 cup
  • Shallot : 10
  • Garlic :5 cloves
  • Slices tomato : 1
  • Sambar powder : 1 table spoon
  • Green chilly : 3
  • Tamarind juice : 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder : 1 pinch
  • Salt+oil : needed amount

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Mix toor dhal, turmeric powder, garlic cloves, chilly, tomato and boil like paste.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add sauted things to fry and add onion, cabbage, sambar powder one by one, add tamarind juice with salt and boil.
  3. Add boiled dhal leave for 5 minutes and downgarade the pan, its tasty like spinach sambar.
