CANADIAN CLUB CAKE Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme cake Mix
  • 1 pkg. Instant Pineapple Pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries Topping:
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c Canadian Club Whiskey

Instructions

  1. Butter a Bundt pan. Put cherries in the bottom. Combine all cake ingredients. Pour batter on top of cherries. Bake 55-60 min. at 350 degrees. Heat topping ingredients in pan and pour half the mixture over hot cake. After 20 minutes, reheat and pour other half over cake that has been turned onto serving plate.
