Apple sliced- 6 pieces
Endives- 3 lengthwise cut
Water – half cup
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt – as required

Preparation Method:

Take a endive and carefully push the apple slice into it. Take each endive and do this. Take a pan, add oil in it. When it heats up put butter and let it melts. Place the endives in the pan and cook the both the sides of it till it becomes brown. Spread some salt and pepper into this by turning the endives. Add some water into pan and cook it about 6 minutes. When the water gets evaporated switch off the gas. The tasty and delicious caramelized endives with apples are now ready to serve.
