Carrot Rice – Preparation Method

Ingredients:

  • Rice                                                        – 1 cup
  • Carrot                                                   – 3
  • Onion                                                    – 1
  • Curry leaves                                       – somewhat
  • Mustard seed, black gram            – 1 teaspoon
  • Sun dried chilli                                   – 4
  • Coriander                                            – somewhat
  • Oil and salt                                          – as required

Procedure:

Clean the carrot and chop as small pieces.then grind it and make juice. Heat the oil add mustard seed, black gram, curry leaves, sun dried chilli, and roast it. Then add chopped onion and roast. Then add the carrot juice and required salt and stir it well and boil. After that add coriander leaves and mix with rice and serve.
