Cheese Dill Scones

Cheese dill, also known as Cream Havati, is a soft cheese of Danish origin. It is made with cow’s milk native to Denmark, and is used usually used as an ingredient for baking. Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
2 ½ cups cheese dill
1 cup milk
1 cup egg wash
Directions
Preheat your oven at 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and chopped cheese dill in a large bowl. While stirring, add the milk, continuously mixing until all the ingredients until you get slightly thick consistency of dough. Flour a smooth flat surface and work the dough by kneading it. Cut into even pieces then brush egg wash on the surface of your scones. Bake the scones for 25 to 30 minutes. The scones are done once they turn into a light golden brown color.
