Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • One (1) whole chicken, cut in bite sizes
  • Two (2) tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Two (2) tablespoons of minced garlic
  • Three (3) cups of coconut milk
  • A bulb of onion, chopped
  • A teaspoon of curry powder
  • Four (4) green chillis
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok or deep frying pan, saute the garlic first. When the garlic is turning brown, add the onion. Add the chicken and stir-fry untill no visible raw partion is seen. Add salt to taste. Pour the coconut milk together with the curry powder. COver and let it simmer for a while. When chicken is already cooked, add the green chillis. After 5 to 10 minutes or when the coconut milk is becoming oily, staop cooking. Serve hot.
