Chilly crab

Ingredients:

  • Crab : 1/2 kg
  • Chilly paste : 2 table spoon
  • Oil : 2 table spoon
  • Garlic : 1 table spoon
  • Ajinomoto : 1 pinch
  • Corn flour : 2 table spoon
  • Sugar :1 table spoon
  • Tomato(chopped) :1 cup
  • Vinegar :1 table spoon
  • Egg :1
  • Salt :needed amount

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan then add mashed garlic and saute.
  2. Add chilly paste then add 1 tumble of water.
  3. After boiled add cleaned crab and boil.
  4. Wter level must be above the crab.
  5. Add tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, garlic in boiling gravy.
  6. Close the lied by adding ajinomoto, salt needed amount.
  7. After 10 minutes boiling, add corn flour to make thick gravy.
  8. Beat egg in a separate bowl, then add it in gravy, downgrade the vessel once gravy became thick.
