Chinese kungpav chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken : 1/2 kg
  • Rice vinegar : 1 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce : 1 tea spoon
  • Chilly powder : 1/4 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder : 1/4 tea spoon
  • Grind Chinese chilly : 1 tea spoon
  • Olive leaf :1 bag
  • Garlic :2 cloves
  • Ginger :1 piece
  • Groundnut :1/4 cup
  • Corn flour :1 tea spoon
  • Salt :needed amount

To soak:

  • Corn flour : 5 tea spoon
  • Egg white : 1

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Soak the items for two hours
  2. Then fry that. Add chilly powder and fry.
  3. Keep it aside. Heat oil in pan and fry chilly.
  4. Saute with groundnut. Then add chicken and stir.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and add all sauces and saute then switch off the flame.
  6. Chinese Chicken ready. if you want gravy means dissolve corn flour and boil and down grade the vesse.
