Ingredients:

  • Mutton with bone : 1/4 kg
  • Potato : 100 gram
  • Carrot : 100 gram
  • Red dry beans : 50 gram
  • Green pea : 50 gram
  • Tomato paste : 2 table spoon
  • Kuzhambu masala powder : 2 teaspoon
  • Chilly powder :1 teaspoon
  • Lemon :8
  • Salt :needed amount
  • Ajinomoto :2 pinch

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Soak green pea for 2 hour. Drain water.
  2. Clean mutton and put in cooker. Add 1 liter water. Add needed amount of masala powder, add salt and boil.
  3. After 15 min, add dry beans, green pea, potato, carrot, tomato paste, chilly powder and saute.
  4. Add lemon leaf aster vegetables half boiled. Drown grade after fully boiled.
