Chinese prawn cabbage

Ingredients:

  • Maida : 2 cup
  • Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Oil : 2 table spoon
  • Prawn : 1/2 kg
  • Egg : 1
  • Carrot : 1/2 cup
  • Chinese :1 cup
  • Mushroom :1/2 cup
  • Spring onion :1/4 cup
  • Ginger :1 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder :1/2 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce :1 table spoon
  • Oil :1 table spoon

Ingredients to prepare black sauce:

  • Soya sauce :1/2 cup
  • Vinegar :1 table spoon
  • Sugar :2 tea spoon
  • Chilly sauce :one drop
  • Gingelly oil :1 tea spoon
  • Mashed ginger :1/2 tea spoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Add salt with maida, add oil, mix it well. It will like poori batter.
  2. Grind prawn in mixi just 1 round.
  3. Boil egg and chop into small pieces.
  4. Then add the items to prepare black sauce.
  5. Heat oil in a large vessel add ginger, onion and saute then add prawn and saute.
  6. Add all chopped vegetables and soya sauce and saute.
  7. Add slat, pepper, chopped eggs and saute then take it in a bowl.
  8. Make small rounds in maida.
  9. Then roll small circle like puppet.
  10. Add the mixture in roll and close the roll.
  11. Do the same for remaining rolls. Boil in steam.
  12. Serve with black sauce.
