Chinese prawn cabbage
- Add salt with maida, add oil, mix it well. It will like poori batter.
- Grind prawn in mixi just 1 round.
- Boil egg and chop into small pieces.
- Then add the items to prepare black sauce.
- Heat oil in a large vessel add ginger, onion and saute then add prawn and saute.
- Add all chopped vegetables and soya sauce and saute.
- Add slat, pepper, chopped eggs and saute then take it in a bowl.
- Make small rounds in maida.
- Then roll small circle like puppet.
- Add the mixture in roll and close the roll.
- Do the same for remaining rolls. Boil in steam.
- Serve with black sauce.
