Chinese prawn flakes

Ingredients:

  • Prawn :1/4 kg
  • Onion : 1
  • Chopped ginger : 1/2 pieces
  • Garlic paste : 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato : 1
  • Dry chilly : 2
  • Red chilly flakes :1/2 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder :1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder :1/2 teaspoon
  • Carrot, corn flour, snow beans, capsicum :each ¼ cup
  • Fish sauce :1 table spoon
  • Soya sauce :1 table spoon
  • Pepper powder :1 tea spoon
  • Gingelly oil :2 table spoon
  • Salt :1 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Clean prawn and drain water then add fish sauce, soya sauce, corn flour, ½ teaspoon of slate, pepper powder and mix it well and soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil all vegetables except capsicum in half boil.
  3. Mash dry chilly not fully. Chop tomato in large pieces. Onion in small pieces, cut ginger thin layer.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry onion in reddish color. Add ginger garlic paste, dried chilly saute.
  5. Then add soaked prawn and saute. Prawn will boil for 2 min. add coriander powder, turmeric powder, vegetables and saute.
  6. Add tomato, capsicum, salt, pepper powder and pour ½ cup of water and leave for 5 minutes in flame then downgrade and serve with white rice.
