- Sprouted pearl millet -1/4cup
- Yellow, red and green colored capsicum -each 1
- Lemon juice -1spoon
- Salt -Needed amount
- Chop the capsicum in its vertical direction.
- Mix the chopped capsicum and pearl millet by adding little lemon juice and serve it.
