CRÈME BRULEE

Ingredients   

  • Milk                            125ml
  • Sugar                         50gms
  • Egg                            2no.s
  • Caster sugar             15gms
  • Vanilla Essence         5ml
  • Fresh cream             125ml

CRÈME BRULEEPreparation Method for CRÈME BRULEE

  • Warm the milk cream & vanilla essence.
  • Mix the eggs & sugar  & add warm milk.
  • Stir well & pass through as strainer.
  • Pour the cream into individual dished and placed them into a tray half filled with warm water.
  • Place in the oven at approximately 160°C/325°F for about 30-40 minutes until set.
  • Sprinkle the topo with caster sugar & glaze under salamander.
  • Clean the dish and serve.
