Egg rolls

Ingredients:

  • Readymade egg roll sheet : 1 packet
  • Chicken : 1/4 kg
  • Prawn : 100 gram
  • Chinese cabbage : 2 cup
  • Sprouted Moog dhal : 2 cup
  • Spring onion : 1/4 cup
  • Dried mushroom :5
  • Chopped bamboo shoots :1/2 cup
  • Garlic :1 cup
  • Chicken stock :1/2 cup
  • Corn flour :2 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce :1 table spoon
  • Salt, pepper powder :1/2 tea spoon
  • Egg :1
  • Oil :2 cup

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Boil chicken with salt and drain.
  2. Chop prawn
  3. Soak mushroom in hot water and chop into small size
  4. Make ginger garlic paste. Beat egg and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste then spring onion and saute.
  6. Then add prawn, chicken and saute, and add other vegetables and stir well.
  7. Then add soya sauce, chicken stock and boil.
  8. After 2 minutes add dissolved corn flour and stir until it form thick batter, add salt, pepper powder and downgrade.
  9. Take 1 egg roll sheet and add the chicken stock small amount in corner and close the edge. Now stock will be in one end of square.
  10. Touch up with egg in two sides then fold to close.
  11. It looks like uncovered envelope.
  12. Close the remaining parts by doing the same and close tightly.
  13. Do the same for remaining sheets.
  14. Heat oil in pan and fry the prepared rolls.
  15. Serve this tasty egg rolls with sauce.
