Ingredients required for Besan Ladoo

Besan flour                                                       100g

Powder sugar                                                    100g

Ghee                                                                     60g

Cardamom                                                          5g

Cashew nut                                                         10g

Method on how Besan Ladoo is prepared

  • Heat the fat adds the flour and fry.
  • Remove the pan from the fire. Cool it add powder sugar mix it well.
  • Add crusted cardamom form into even shape bolls with stands.
  • In South Asian cuisine, a dessert made by frying a mixture of flour, sugar, and shortening, and then shaping it into a ball.
