  •  Sugar                                                                    100gms
  • Flour                                                                      100gms
  • Egg                                                                         3nos.
  • Fat                                                                          40gms

genoise spongePreparation Method for Genoise Sponge :

  • Melt and glorified and butter
  • Whisk eggs, sugar and essence.
  • When it become light & fluffy pour in the flour and melted butter alternatively.
  • Bake at 400°F in greeted cream.
