Ingredients for Macroons
- Egg white 2no.s
- Sugar 120gms
- Cashew nuts 120gms
- Desiccated coconut 120gms
- Whisk the egg white until stiff add sugar & Cashew nuts powder.
- Line swiss roll tin with oil paper & spread with mixture.
- Whisk the eggs & sugars together, add the hot milk, & return to the saucepan.
- Bake in the center of slow oven at 175°C (350°F) approximately till it become golden. about 15 minutes
