HOW TO PREPARE MACROONS

Ingredients  for Macroons

  • Egg white                     2no.s
  • Sugar                           120gms
  • Cashew nuts               120gms
  • Desiccated coconut    120gms

macroonsPreparation Method for MACROONS :

  • Whisk the egg white until stiff add sugar & Cashew nuts powder.
  • Line swiss roll tin with oil paper & spread with mixture.
  • Whisk the eggs & sugars together, add the hot milk, & return to the saucepan.
  • Bake in the center of slow oven at 175°C   (350°F) approximately till it become golden. about  15 minutes
