- Sugar 115g
- Maw 225g
- Cardamom a pinch
- Pistanuts 10g

- Heat fat to boiling point removes and keeps a side.
- Add water to sugar and prepare syrup of string consistency.
- Take about 50g of fat roster in it flour for above 2 to 3 minutes. (Do not allow to brown)
