HOW TO PREPARE MYSORE PAK

  • Maw                                                                  225g
  • Cardamom                                                       a pinch
  • Pistanuts                                                           10g
  • Silver paper                                                       1sheet

Preparation Method for Mysomysore pakre Pak:

  • Heat fat to boiling point removes and keeps a side.
  • Add water to sugar and prepare syrup of string consistency.
  • Take about 50g of fat roster in it flour for above 2 to 3 minutes. (Do not allow to brown)
  • Add flour syrup and stir will on fire add gradually remaining fat stir consciously and vigorously tin the fat starch protein on the top of the mixture.
