HOW TO PREPARE PINEAPPLE KESARI

  • Semolina                                                        100g
  • Pineapple                                                       10 – 15g
  • Sugar                                                               150g
  • Fat                                                                   40g
  • Cardamom powder                                         a pinch
  • Water                                                               300ml

pineapple kesariPreparation Method for Pineapple Kesari:

  • Melt fat and roast semolina fill it is light brown.
  • Add hot water and mix well keep the vessel covered for 2 minutes.
  • Add sugar and mix well and cardamom powder.
  • Add cutted pineapple peice.
  • Cook for 5 minutes till all the sugar melts.
  • Remove from fire and served.
