Jambul Fruit Curd Juice

Ingredients

  • Jambul fruit -1cup
  • Sugar -1/2cup
  • Curd -1/2cup

Instructions

  1. ? Boil two cups of water in a vessel.
  2. ? Drop the jambul fruits ssin hot water and close the vessel.
  3. ? Once the water is cooled collect the jambul fruit and take only skinny part of the fruit and remove the nuts aside.
  4. ? Add sugar and curd with the fruit and crush it nicely in a mixer.
  5. ? Then keep the juice in fridge for a while and enjoy the juice.
