Ingredients:

Chilly Venison Minced- 1 cup
Onion – 1 cup chopped
garlic crushed- 3
chilies – 3
lime juice – 1 tablespoon
soya sauce- 1 tablespoon
roasted peanuts- half cup
Crushed coriander- half cup
Lettuce- 1 cup

Preparation Method:

Tae a frying pan and heat some oil in it. Put some onions, garlic, and chilly and cook everything well. Add venison into this and cook until it becomes tender. Set it for cool. Add roasted peanuts, limejuice and soya sauce. Wash lettuce well. Spoon the venison mixture into the lettuce cups. Garnish with coriander and chilly strips. The delicious lamb’s lettuce and chilly venison is now ready to serve.
