Mixed Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • Chopped carrot – ¼ cup
  • Chopped beetroot – ¼ cup
  • Chopped cucumber – ¼ cup
  • Chopped capsicum – ¼ cup
  • Ginger milling – 1spoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 spoon
  • Pepper powder - 2spoon
  • Salt - Needed amount

Instructions

  1. Add lemon juice, pepper powder and salt to the vegetables in a bowl and mix it nicely.
