MUFFINS Preparation Method

Ingredients   

  • Flour                         100gms
  • Sugar                        100gms
  • FAT                            80gms
  • Egg                           2no.s
  • Baking powder         3gms
  • Vanilla Essence       5ml
  • Cake seed               2gms

muffinsPreparation Method for Muffins :

  • Sieve the flour and keep it a side with baking powder.
  • Cream the fat with coarsely powder sugar little by little.
  • Add the vanilla essence and creamed well till the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add egg little by little.
  • Finally fold in the flour in batches. Add water if required to adjust the consistency
  • After adding flour add sultana to it in the paper cup (or) Muffin cup bake it 375°F for about 20-25 minutes.
