- Remove skin of carrot and potato and chop. Clean and chop mutton.
- Heat oil in pan then add cloves, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, chopped onion and saute.
- Add chopped vegetables, meat and saute.
- Mix milk, maida flour and saute.
- Then add needed amount of water, salt and green peat in cooker and boil.
- After fully boiled down grade the cooker. Tasty mutton soup ready.
