Navadhaniyam (Mixed grams) Salad

Ingredients

  • Soaked Navadhaniyam grains - 1 cup
  • Cucumber milling - ¼ cup
  • Carrot milling - ¼ cup
  • Mint leaves - 1 hand full
  • Coriander leaves - 1 hand full
  • Lemon juice - 1 spoon
  • Pepper powder - ¼ spoon
  • Salt - Needed amount

Instructions

  1. Soak the grams and pulses and for a while and filter it. Then keep the grams under steaming without adding any water.
  2. Now add the above items, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and serve it.
