Navadhaniyam (Mixed grams) Salad
- Soaked Navadhaniyam grains - 1 cup
- Cucumber milling - ¼ cup
- Carrot milling - ¼ cup
- Mint leaves - 1 hand full
- Coriander leaves - 1 hand full
- Lemon juice - 1 spoon
- Pepper powder - ¼ spoon
- Salt - Needed amount
- Soak the grams and pulses and for a while and filter it. Then keep the grams under steaming without adding any water.
- Now add the above items, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and serve it.
