Onion salad is very delicious and spicy. It is rich in vitamin c and is good for digestion.
- Onion with layer pealed -1cup
- Lemon juice -1spoon
- Chopped green chili -2
- Mustard, Oil -1spoon
- Salt –Needed amount
- Chop onions into two pieces.
- Mix the chopped onion, salt and lemon juice in a vessel. Splutter the mustard and fry the green chili.
- Now mix everything to form an onion salad.
