Plantain Stem Salad

Ingredients

  • Chopped pieces of plantain stem – 1 cup
  • Soaked moong dhal – ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves – 2 spoon
  • Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 spoon
  • Salt – Needed amount

Instructions

  1. Add moong dhal, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder with the chopped plantain stem and mix nicely. Garnish the salad with coriander leaves and serve it.
