Ingredients
  1. Rice - 1 cup
  2. Potato - ½ cup
  3. Mustardseed, black gram - 1 teaspoon
  4. Curry leaves - as required
  5. Sun dried chilli - 3
  6. Garlic - 2 pieces
  7. Ground nut - 1 teaspoon
  8. Cashew - 1 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt - as required
Instructions
  1. Remove the outer skin for potato.
  2. Chop potato as small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil add mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves, sun dried chilli, garlic and roast well.
  4. Add chopped potato’s, turmeric powder, salt and stir well upto potato get boiled.
  5. Add ghee in pan then put groundnut, cashew and roast.
  6. Then add this with potato mixture then add rice mix all and serve.
  7. This is very much liked by childrens.
