Prawn fry

Ingredients:

  • Prawn : 15
  • Corn flour : 2 table spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
  • chilly powder : 3/4 tea spoon
  • pepper powder : 3/4 tea spoon
  • vinegar : 1/2 tea spoon
  • soya sauce :3/4 tea spoon
  • spring onion(chopped) :1/2 cup
  • salt :needed amount
  • oil :to fry

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Cut prawn heat and tail. Remove the black line over prawn.
  2. Wash it. Drain water.
  3. Add corn flour, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and mix well in a bowl.
  4. Then add prawn into the mixture leave for 1 hour to soak.
  5. Add needed amount of oil to fry. Then put prawn pieces to fry. Chinese prawn ready.
