- Cut prawn heat and tail. Remove the black line over prawn.
- Wash it. Drain water.
- Add corn flour, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and mix well in a bowl.
- Then add prawn into the mixture leave for 1 hour to soak.
- Add needed amount of oil to fry. Then put prawn pieces to fry. Chinese prawn ready.
