Prawn spring roll

Ingredients:

  • Spring roll sheet : 15
  • Prawn : 15
  • Carrot : 1
  • Cucumber salad : 1
  • Cabbage (sliced lengthy) : 1/4 cup
  • Shallot (chopped) : 5
  • Garlic (chopped) :4 cloves
  • Ginger (chopped) :1 small piece
  • Green chilly (chopped) :1 cup
  • Spring onion :2 tea spoon
  • Pepper :1 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce :1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt :needed amount
  • Sugar :1/4 tea spoon
  • Lime juice :2 tea spoon
  • Oil :to fry

To close the edges:

  • All purpose flour (maida) : 1 table spoon
  • water : small amount

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Clean prawn and add salt, lemon juice and stir well.
  2. Slice carrot, cucumber in lengthy stick size.
  3. Heat oil add shallot , ginger, garlic, chilly and saute. Add cabbage, salt, sugar, pepper powder and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce and saute then garnish with spring onion and downgrade. Add this stock in spring roll sheet and place prawn, small carrot, cucumber and roll.
  5. Close the edges with dissolved maida in water and fry in light flame.
