Radish, the common and beloved part of your salad is a root crop and its pungent or sweet in taste with lot of juice. Radish is very good for liver and stomach and it acts as a powerful detoxifier too.
- Radish - ½ kg
- Chopped ginger - 1 piece
- Chopped tomato - 1
- Lemon juice - 2spoon
- Chopped green chili - 1
- Coriander leaves - small amount
- Salt - Needed
- Take the radish milling in a bowl, by adding salt and stir well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Then filter and take only the juice from radish.
- Now add chopped ginger, green chili, tomato, coriander leaves and lemon to the radish juice stir well and serve it.
