Roasted Chinese Mallow
Chinese mallow is a useful plant which is very nutritious. This is a good remedy to make your body slim and fit. Mallow leaves – 1 cup
Medium sized onion chopped– 1 cup
Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger- 1 tablespoon
Spring onions finally chopped- 2 nos
Yellow bell pepper finely chopped– 1 nos
Salt – as required
Crushed pepper- half table spoon
- Take a frying pan, add some oil into it. Add chopped onion into it after the oil gets heated.
- Add chopped ginger and garlic to it. Stir everything thoroughly.
- Add spring onions and chopped yellow bell peppers. Mix everything well and cook for some minutes
- Fry the mixture well, add mallow leaves and fry.
- Add some water into it and close the pan for sometime so that it gets cooked well
- Add crushed pepper and salt
- Sauté everything well
