Celtuce: 2 stalks with leaves

Chopped green onion: one tablespoon

Radish pickles – one table spoon

Lemon juice- one table spoon

Cooking oil

Salt – one pinch

Preparation method:

  • Wash and cut the celtuce into slices by peeling off the outer layer well. It would be good if you can keep celtuce in hot water for some time.
  • Take a cooking pan, add some oil in it. When the oil starts boil put some chopped green onion and sauté well. Cook for a minute.
  • After a couple of minutes add celtuce and sauté with it. Put radish pickles along with it and mix everything well.
