Sauteed spinach

Ingredients:

  • Spinach : 2 bags
  • Spring onion : 1 cup
  • Garlic : 4 cloves
  • Ginger : 2 pieces
  • Fried sesame : 2 table spoon
  • Chilly flakes : 1/2 table spoon
  • Soya sauce : 1 table spoon
  • Rice vinegar : 1 table spoon
  • Pepper powder : 1/2 table spoon
  • Ground net oil : 2 table spoon
  • Salt : 1/2 table spoon

PreHeat the owen 180/350 degree

Preparation Procedure:

  1. Rinse, clean the spinach leaves and chop into small pieces.
  2. Chop spring onion mixture of white and green parts.
  3. Mash garlic. Mill ginger.
  4. Heat oil in pan and fry ginger. Add garlic, chilly flakes and fry then add spring onion and mix it well.
  5. after fry add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder and stir well. At last decorate with sesame and downgrade the pan.
