Small sized shallots chopped – 2nos
Chopped garlic – 1 clove
Chopped ginger- 1 tablespoon
Spring onions finally chopped- 3 nos
Capsicum finely chopped– 1 nos
Water – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Soya sauce- 1 table spoon
Oyster sauce – 1 table spoon
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add shallots into it.
- After the shallots become fried add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté everything well.
- Add oyster sauce and little water
- Add carrots, spring onions and capsicum. Mix everything well for some minutes
- After everything fried well, add chicory and stir for two minutes.
- Add soya sauce and mix into it
