Ingredients:

Fiddlehead ferns- 4 cups
Garlic – 1 clove
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon
Chilies- 4
Pepper powder- half tablespoon
Oyster sauce- 1 tablespoon
Pork stock- half cup

Preparation Method:

  • Wash and clean the fiddleheads thoroughly. Remove the stems and discolored skin part
  • Take a pot; add water into it and some salt. Keep this for boil
  • Blend garlic and chilies to a smooth paste
  • Take a frying pan, add some oil. When it heats up add garlic chili paste into it. Sauté well
  • Take out the ferns from pot , add it to the frying pan and stir out well
  • Add oyster sauce and pepper powder. Stir everything well
  • Add the pork stock into it
