Ingredients:

black-eyed peas – half cup
olive oil- 4 tablespoon
boneless lamb – 250 grams
onion, finely chopped- 1
Salt – as required
tomato sauce – 2 tablespoon
Turkish red pepper paste – 2 tablespoon
Shredded purslane – 2 cups

Preparation Method:

Cook black eyed peas in a pan by adding some water and little salt. Take another pan and add some oil in it. Add the chopped onions and fry it till it becomes brown Add some tomato sauce, Turkish red pepper paste and lamb pieces into it. Add some water and let the mixture cook for about 20 mins. Take a pot and put water and cook purslane. Add garlic and black eyed peas into this. Add some salt and lemon juice. Cover and cook everything. Turkish lamb stew with purslane is now ready to have!
